  • JEAN LEBEAU

    President, MJ Building Envelope Solutions Inc.
    Jean LeBeau has over 35 years of experience in the roofing industry and has worked in various technical, sales, and management positions in both manufacturer and contractor sectors. Jean has also participated in various construction industry associations committees, including Board of Directors for CRCA & MRGNB. Jean is an active member of the CSC Grand Valley Chapter, as well as IIBEC Southern Ontario Chapter.

  • LARRY SHOESMITH

    President, Pilot Group Inc
    Entering the construction industry over 35 years ago as a roofing contractor, Larry Shoesmith transitioned from a roofing and sheet metal foreman to a Low Slope Roofing Manager. After 4 years, he was promoted to a Technical Manager for a national roofing product manufacturer and later joined Elevate in their Canadian Technical Department. In 2002, Larry formed Pilot Group Inc.

  • JANE CLAVERT

    Strategic Account Manager, Elevate Canada
    Jane Calvert is the Strategic Account Manager for Elevate Canada. With a decade of experience in the commercial roofing industry, she has expertise in account management and direct contractor sales and distribution. In her current role with Elevate, she oversees the national account portfolio as well as the strategic account base by connecting the dots between contractors, building owners, and architects and consultants. Jane also manages the Elevate sales in the Maritime provinces.

  • YOGESH BHOWANY

    Technical Services & Training Manager, Elevate Canada
    Yogesh Bhowany began his roofing career in 2013 with Elevate and is currently the Technical Services & Training Manager. His responsibilities in the Technical Department include conducting testing for code compliance, managing training and field inspections, and assisting the design community with roofing specifications and warranty requirements.
