    Kevel, an Architectural Engineering Representative at Soprema in the Building Envelope Division based in the Toronto office, brings his two-year tenure with the company to the table. Kevel’s core role revolves around providing crucial support and training to Consultants, Developers, and Architects, equipping them with the knowledge and tools necessary to design effective waterproofing systems for their projects. Holding a Master’s degree in Engineering from McMaster University, Canada, with a specialization in Building Science and Concrete. Accumulating a total of 9 years of professional experience, Kevel has had the privilege of working in more than 32 countries. His extensive portfolio encompasses involvement in mega projects across different continents, where he has skillfully applied Blind Side waterproofing techniques and various product solutions for achieving top-notch waterproofing outcomes. 

  • PAYAM BAHMAN-NEZHAD

    BUILDING ENVELOPE REPRESENTATIVE, CANADA
    Payam serves as the Building Envelope Representative at SOPREMA BC, boasting nearly 8 years of dedicated service within the company. His area of specialization centers on below-grade waterproofing systems, with a strong emphasis on BSW (Below-Grade Waterproofing) solutions. With a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from BCIT and a wealth of industry experience spanning a decade, Payam plays a pivotal role in the training of applicators, ensuring they acquire the essential skills and knowledge needed to excel. Moreover, he actively engages in delivering presentations to developers, general contractors, architects, and engineers, where he adeptly elucidates comprehensive waterproofing strategies and solutions.
