The US Government has announced a 10% proposed tariff on all products that are associated with the 301 Tariff List Three. These are a select group of products produced in China, and while negotiations are ongoing, it is expected that this tariff will be implemented on September 1st, 2018. Affected products include bulk and coil nails (e.g. bright, electro-galvanized, hot galvanized, etc.) and after September 1st, this tariff will be applied by the government at time of import to all open orders regardless of time of order.
As a result, Convoy Supply is advising that there will be up to a 10% price increase on affected products on September 1st, 2018. We reserve the right to limit orders to historical levels.
