Pricing Bulletins

Dear Valued Customer:

Due to increases in the cost of raw materials such as asphalt and glass mat, as well as increasing freight costs for both inbound raw materials and outbound finished goods, BP, CertainTeed, and GAF have implemented a price increase of 6%-8% on all residential roofing products, effective August 1, 2018.

All orders with the above products shipped on or after August 1, 2018 will be invoiced at the new pricing level.

Please note that this is the fourth announced price increase this year; previous increases have been announced, of 4%-6% effective March 5, 2018, 3%-6% effective May 15, 2018, and up to 6% effective June 15, 2018. These increases in 2018 are cumulative.
