SA TPO – Priced by region – Q4 2022, Q1 2023 by quote
PVC Membranes – Q4 2022 +5%, Q1 2023 +3%
TPO & PVC Accessories – Q4 2022, Q1 2023 +10%
Polyiso Insulation – Q4 2022 +5%, Q1 2023 +7%
Surcharge for Coated Glass Facer (Ultra) ISO – Q4 2022 +$16/SQ, Q1 2023 TBD
Asphaltic Rolls – APP & SBS – Q4 2022 +5%, Q1 2023 +10%
Asphaltic Rolls – BUR – Q4 2022, Q1 2023 +10%
TPO Bonding Adhesive – Q4 2022 $150/PA, Q1 2023 $165/PA
PVC Bonding Adhesive – Q4 2022 $285/PA, Q1 2023 $305/PA
Quick Spray & LRF Adhesives – Q4 2022 No Increase, Q1 2023 +10%
Steel Plates – Q4 2022 +15%, Q1 2023 +10%

NOTE: The above does NOT take into account escalating Freight/Fuel Surcharges Convoy is receiving for all inbound materials. These Increased costs in Freight are in effect immediately and not within our control. Please understand Convoy cannot be responsible if the above “NOT TO EXCEED” is not adhered to due to Force Majeure or other World Events.
All orders with the above products shipped on or after Q4 (October to December, 2022) and Q1 (January to March, 2023), will be invoiced at the new pricing level. Price pages reflecting these changes will be available from your account manager closer to these dates.
